The room was lovely, but the drone activity made us feel uneasy.

The well decorated and well-equipped room had all the necessary facilities, a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. The hotel was placed in the remote location directly on Arenal volcano. And it was also not far from very famous hanging bridges, and nearby restaurants.

Thoroughly enjoyed its especially helpful and attentive staff.

It was tastefully decorated, new-fashioned and with a beautiful view of nature.

The responsive front desk quickly handled an urgent issue.

Drones operating adjacent to the hotel made the open-view room feel unsafe.

Bugs occasionally appeared due to the surrounding forest, and the breakfast location required some walking, which could be a hassle.

We enjoyed our family getaway at this cozy lodge, exploring fine trails near the volcano. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. My granddaughter loved spotting wildlife right from our room and walking the nearby paths. Breakfast was a good treat.

My wife says that the drone situation around the lodge. A simple sign-up regarding drone use would be great for families.

The hotel is surrounded by fine nature. The staff showed genuine kindness. We enjoyed the nearby waterfall trails with amazing views and a calming atmosphere. The mountain view from the common areas was really good and added to our experience.

We explored beautiful trails with fine views of waterfalls. Paddling in the lake was a relaxing experience. We loved the slow-paced gondola rides that provided endless views of the surrounding nature. It was a refreshing change from urban life and a pleasant escape.

The breakfast location required a short walk, slightly inconvenient. The area had some bugs due to the nearby forest. There were limited common areas to relax outside our room.
